Story

Founded in 2021, BIM Technology Management (BIMTM) was born from a need for better BIM solutions.

As industry professionals, we experienced firsthand the frustrations of dealing with unbuildable models, wasted time, and a lack of practical understanding from service providers.

And since our entire team is U.S.-based, you’ll get real collaboration with industry pros who speak your language—no time zone juggling, no communication gaps, just seamless project coordination from start to finish.

Jeff Drews – President & Co-Founder

With 20 years of BIM experience, Jeff Drews has worked across multiple disciplines in the AEC industry. Early in his career, he gained valuable insights from roles in structural and architectural firms, deepening his understanding of project coordination and the complexities of design integration. Later, as a BIM Manager for an electrical subcontractor, he honed expertise in MEP coordination, ensuring models were accurate and practical for field installation.

With nearly 16 years of experience in Building Information Modeling, Jared combines his background in art and design with a keen attention to detail, making him a dynamic presence in the BIM world. His passion for construction began early - even building a house in high school - and has evolved into a career dedicated to elevating industry standards. As a recognized leader, Jared actively trains and mentors BIM professionals, providing guidance to both newcomers and seasoned experts whenever they need support.

Keli Drews – Controller & Co-Founder

Keli is the Co-Founder and Controller of BIM Technology Management LLC, where she oversees financial health and strategic planning. With nearly a decade of experience in the construction industry and an Associate's Degree in Accounting, she excels in financial reporting, budgeting, and job costing. Keli collaborates with the executive team to ensure the company's growth and has streamlined accounting processes for greater efficiency. Her dedication to numbers and commitment to a collaborative culture help drive the company’s success in delivering top-tier BIM services.

Donnie Bogle-Boesiger - Operations Director

Growing up in Illinois, Donnie found his passion in frequent visits to world class architecture in Chicago. His passion for buildings pushed him to receive two engineering degrees from Milwaukee School of Engineering. During his decade in the construction industry working for General Contractors, he's found a passion for the triad: People, Process, and Technology. He provides a high level of care to BIMTM's clients to understand their needs to bring the most value to them.

Tawney Started has over 8 years of BIM Electrical knowledge with good foundations in prefabrication from a practical standpoint. She has worked on prestigious projects such as vintage 38 story high-rise renovations as well as new state of the art penitentiaries. She is a skilled leader and manager who enjoys the puzzles that arise during coordination and her goal will always be to ensure that the project gets completed while upholding the original designed intent.
