BIMTM's Experience

BIMTM is a young company that opened in 2022, as we don’t have much of our own for completed projects at this point, the projects featured below are some of the work our team members did at their previous employers.

Fiserv Forum

Home of the Milwaukee Bucks – this 730,000 square foot multi-purpose arena brought many challenges. Providing Electrical & Telecom coordination support, RTS points, as well as fabrication and installation drawings, helped push the envelope of what collaboration can look like between many different parts of the entire project team.

Haribo - Kenosha

Who doesn’t love those little gummy bears? Kenosha Wisconsin is the home of the first U.S. production facility on a 137-acre site, consisting of production, utility, office, and warehouse buildings. Needing Stainless Steel in all production areas was a unique challenge. With the increased cost of Stainless Steel, coordination and prefabrication had never been so vital to the success of a project.

Foxconn - Racine

Coordination was crucial for the success of the nearly 1,000,000 square foot advanced manufacturing facility and the Power Substation. Our BIM experts lead the clash detection & coordination meetings for the Power Substation as well as provided coordination services and provided prefabrication drawings for Electrical & Telecom for both buildings.

Bradley Symphony Center - Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra

Originally the Warner Grand Theatre built in the 1930’s, this was quite the renovation. The unique challenges for this historic renovation combined with a new building needed extra collaboration between everyone involved. Involving the field team in live, virtual sessions, allowed us to work through these challenges effectively. Installation and prefabrication drawings were created to assist the field team.

BMO Tower - Milwaukee

Built in 2020 this 25 Story tower is home to BMO Harris Bank. Coordination was key for all of the in-slab elements for the parking deck. Being able to conceal all of the electrical gave a sleek look and saved many hours of installation after the concrete pour. Exact dimensions and concrete openings were detailed for the electrical bus bar system feeding the entire tower, ensuring everything would fit as planned.

SSM Health Dean Medical - Fish Hatchery Rd

This five Story $75 Million multi-specialty clinic opened in 2022. Our BIM experts lead the coordination and prefabrication efforts for Electrical panels, raceways, in-wall, and lighting. Working directly with the foreman helped the entire process go smoothly and allowed for accurate planning of the install.

Aurora Grafton - Modular Bed Expansion

Wisconsin’s First project to utilize full volumetric off-site modular construction methods. The 16-bed addition was an expansion of their existing medical center. The challenge was to model and coordinate each pod separately while keeping in mind how the field connections would come into play once the pods were set on the foundation.

Marquette University - The Commons

Marquette Universities’ latest residence hall is a two-building, 865-bed complex with numerous restaurants and amenities. Our BIM experts worked directly with the lead designer on Construction Drawings, coordination, and prefabrication detailing for Electrical & Telecom. Working directly with the foreman provided a direct link between BIM and the field team.

St. Camillus - East Residence Living Expansion

Completed in 2022 St. Camillus adds 168 independent living apartments with this 15-story addition. Using the model for RTS points was critical for all of the in-slab elements for each unit, both in the floor and ceilings creating a clean, sleek look for the residents. Prefab was a huge focus on this project and all of the material came in a box for each unit for easy installation.
